Fabián Giammaria is responsible for ensuring our people develop to their fullest potential. Led by Giammaria, the Human Resources team supports AES Argentina´s strategy by attracting, developing and motivating our people and promoting a diverse and inclusive culture, inspired by the trust and values of the company.

Fabian graduated with a master’s degree in Business Law from Austral University and completed his postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Belgrano.
