As Director of Market Operations and Analytics, Juan leads the short-, medium- and long-term planning processes, commercial operations and market intelligence to advance AES’ mission and strategy in Argentina. Juan joined AES in 2017 as Market Intelligence Manager before being appointed to his current role in 2019.

Before joining AES, Juan developed his professional career in commercial planning, energy movement and business development in the commercial electric power sector at Petrobras Argentina S.A. and Pampa Energía S.A.

Juan graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) as an Industrial Engineer. He later received a specialization in Electricity Market Administration from ITBA and an Executive MBA from IA.
