Matías Ezequiel Tielli

Matías works in the Planning and Maintenance team of the San Nicolás thermal power plant.

He says, “When COVID-19 started to go viral in the world, I was abroad. On my return to Argentina, I began with what I assumed was going to be only a preventive quarantine of 15 days. Then, as everyone knows, the restrictions and mandatory isolation were prolonged. However, thanks to the immeasurable support of the IT team and their tools, I don't feel that distance is a difficulty for my work. To my surprise, meeting and contacting management through Microsoft tools has become a natural and very efficient means of communication. During this time, I discovered that the coaching recommendations to effectively work from home have been very valuable, especially those related to creating a comfortable workplace and establishing a schedule. I feel very lucky to be working at AES Argentina while we face these difficult times."
